On the nose and palate, you will find apple pie, sweet custard, yeasted donut, cocoa pebbles, and sugar plums, layered and expressive without losing its rugged edge. Bottled at 130.4 proof after resting since 12.6.11, this barrel stands as a true reflection of where it comes from and how it was made. 65.2% ACL/VOL
