Origin Single Barrel ID 21J29 was bottled at cask strength, arriving at 120.3 proof. Barreled on 10.29.21, this bourbon spent its time resting in our rickhouse, slowly shaped by oak, patience, and chance into a singular expression.
The aroma opens with vanilla wafer and milk chocolate, layered with orange zest, fresh cut apple, and quiet notes of oak moss. On the palate, cinnamon sugar apple slices take the lead, followed by white pepper and seasoned oak that carry through to a long, warming finish. 60.15% ALC/VOL
